When the Events Director at Coyote Hills Golf Course invited us and NPD Events to help design a Vendor Appreciation Dinner, we were happy to accept. We love collaborating with our friends at NPD and to create freely in one of our favorite venues is always a dream.

WeddingWire reached out to the Events Department to schedule a 360 tour of the venue for the Coyote Hills ad page on their site. The Events staff figured, since we were decking out the property already, why not do it all in one day?! We created a team to build a complete mock wedding, which would include a ceremony in the Falls Arbor, that was later flipped to the Vendor Dinner, a full reception space in the Ballroom, the Lobby and the Bridal Suite.

Darrel and Stefanie, who were married on May 4, were invited to be interviewed by Promeli Videoworks for a testimonial on their wedding experience at Coyote Hills.

Flawless Faces jumped in to glam up the bride, Kirstin Burrows agreed to shoot the space, couple and details and suddenly, we had a full styled shoot on the books!

Given the freedom to design anything we wanted, Carlos at NPD and I instantly knew we would take inspiration from the enchanted, fairytale forest feel of the Falls Arbor space. The first thing we selected was the Forest French Velvet linen from Luxe Linen and the design plans effortlessly unfolded from there.

Glam Event Stylists installed draping reminiscent of old world gatherings at the castle, complete with crystal chandeliers as a backdrop for the ceremony and later the dessert table. For the Vendor Dinner, Kings tables were draped in the deep green velvet and adorned with gorgeous earth-toned florals and glass votives, from NPD Events; crystal glassware, glass chargers, gold flatware and ghost chairs from Persiano Events Rentals and vintage books donated by our friends at Rickety Swank. Gold foil menus designed and printed by Ultimate Design included a heartfelt “Thank You” for all of the incredible vendors who work so hard to make events at the venue a huge success. The scrumptious cake and goodies from Patty’s Cakes created a dessert display fit for rounding off a royal feast and friends could relax in the modern glam lounge provided by MTB Event Rentals.

In the Ballroom, we wanted to create an open, airy feel yet keep the same color scheme and fairy tale vibe. GLMM draped the space, Luxe’s Sage Velvet linen with Champagne Dupionique napkin on the Sweetheart table with the opposite combination on guest tables made for a light and airy version of the outdoor space. More gorgeous florals, books and crystal were used to complete the look.

A dream team worked seamlessly together to create a perfectly magical design and day to showcase an amazing venue and their beloved hardworking vendor teams.
